    “Im Umkreis von 3 - 5 Kilometern gibt es Supermärkte, aber auch einige kleine Geschäfte bzw. Boutiquen. Die Strände sind wunderbar, es ist allerdings etwas befremdlich, dass sie mit dem Auto befahren werden dürfen. Sehenswert ist auf jeden Fall der Skulpturenpark in Blokhus und Ruberg Knude, Hirtshals ist ein nettes Städtchen und in Hjörring kann man gut Bummeln und Shoppen. Ansonsten kann man hier Natur pur genießen!”

    “Einkaufen kann man wenn man ein paar Kilometer mit dem Auto fährt. Hier hat man dann zum Beispiel einen Aldi und kann alle Besorgungen tätigen. Der Strand ist schön sauber und leer und abgesehen von den vielen Quallen und den Autos die am Strand fahren dürfen wirklich wunderschön.
    Auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten die schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind wie der Rubjerg Knude Fyr, der Leuchtturm der immer mehr im Sand versinkt oder die Marup Kirche, die schon der Steilküste zum Opfer gefallen ist sowie die vielen Weltkriegsbunker am Strand von Lyngby sind sehr interessant und einen Besuch wert. Wer Action und Trubel sucht ist hier falsch. Saltum ist ein Ort der Ruhe, Entspannung und Erholung.”
