This generously laid out 102m² holiday apartment is somewhat outside the historical town of Pula on the sunny Istrian peninsula, an ideal starting point for those who would like to experience the deep forests, long beaches, Mediterranean hospitality and cuisine along the Dalmatian coast.
Right in front of the apartment on the first floor a generous, private sun terrace with a table, chairs and a parasol invites you to relax outdoors. Outdoor stairs lead down to the 7 x 3.5m pool with a flat kids’ area and massage jets, surrounded by sun loungers. The pool is equipped with automatic disinfection of water by hydrolysis, so that in the pool is no chlorine, and is suitable for sensitive people and children. From this season (2020) the pool is heated (equipped with a heat pump). As the apartment on the lower floor is inhabited by the owner, the pool is for your own exclusive use. The traditional stone grill on the pool terrace, with a dining table and chairs, is ideal for long grill evenings. Children will enjoy the slide right next to the pool and the Wendy house in the 480m fenced garden. There are two secure parking spaces right in front of the house on the enclosed site. The owner on the lower floor is of course happy to assist with any queries at any time.
The holiday apartment occupies the upper floor of a two-store family house from the year 1980, which was renovated recently in 2022 (new kitchen and dinging area) and provides all the necessary modern comfort accordingly. Outdoor stairs lead to the separate entrance to the holiday apartment, ensuring privacy during your stay. The apartment consists of a living and dining room, a separate and fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The air-conditioned (warm and cool) living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a digital flat screen TV with satellite channels and a USB port, a DVD and CD player, a stereo system, a safe for keeping your valuables, and a dining table with six chairs. Right next to the living room there is the separate kitchen with a dishwasher, a four-zone gas stove with an elegant stainless steel extractor fan, an oven, an extra-large fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. Two of the three bedrooms each have a double bed (180 x 200cm and 160 x 200cm), bedside tables and reading lamps, as well as big wardrobes with plenty of storage space for your clothing and luggage and air condition. The third bedroom has a bunk bed for two children (each bed 90 x 200cm). One of the sofas in the living room can also be converted into a double bed (140 x 200cm) for additional people. The daylight bathroom with a latge walk-in shower, a washbasin with a cupboard under it and a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a bidet and a toilet. There is also a second bathroom with toilet, washbasin and a waterfall-shower with glass door. During your stay you can use the washing machine in the house and a reliable wireless Internet connection, both in the apartment and in the pool area, free of charge.

Apart from the beaches with crystal clear water, the town of Pula offers a famous Roman amphitheatre and a good range of shops, colourful markets and restaurants, with regional and international cuisine. The nearest shops, cafés and restaurants are around 200 metres from the apartment.
