This lovely house is located in one of the best areas of Ibiza, Can Pep Simo. A luxury area, elevated, a few kilometers away from Ibiza Town, Talamanca beach and Marina Harbour. Its sea views are outstanding. 5 minutes walking to the Destino Pacha, 7 minutes walking to Talamaca Beach.

Dining room with table for 6-8 guests, TV, wifi, fireplace, access to a large terrace with sofa and sunbeds to enjoy the wonderful views of the sea and sunsets over the city of Ibiza.

1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Exit to the terrace overlooking the sea.

Swimming pool surrounded with lawn, sun loungers, parasols and chill-out. Garden and Dining area with table for 8 guests, with portable barbecue. Views. Fenced. Parking for 3 cars. Air conditioning in living room and bedrooms.

CLEANING: complete every 7 days, including change of sheets and towels.
