Flat in Agde with large balcony
The holiday flat is located in a beautiful holiday complex on the Cap d'Agde with a view of the Mediterranean Sea and the Fort de Brescou. The building in which the flat is located comprises twenty residential units. The flat is on the fourth and last floor and therefore has no neighbours above it. There are only three other flats on the same floor. There is a lift in the building.
The 9 m² balcony is furnished with a table and chairs for six people and two loungers. It is south-facing and offers you sun all day long. If you want shade, you can use the electric shutters or an electric sunblind. Enjoy the view of the sea and the swimming pool with paddling pool, which is for shared use with other residents of the complex next to a large garden. A private car park for your vehicle is located directly at the entrance to the building in the shade, which is very pleasant in summer. If you bring or hire bicycles, you can use a lockable bicycle room. The complex is monitored by a caretaker and is secured by a gate with remote control.
The holiday flat has around 40 m² of living space for up to six people. There is a main room with a fully equipped kitchenette. This includes a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, an induction hob, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a kettle and a toaster. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed (140 cm wide) on which two people can enjoy a restful night's sleep. There is also a coffee table and a flat-screen TV (TNT) with DVD player. The household appliances are regularly renewed or replaced. The bedrooms are north-facing and are therefore cool and quiet. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140 cm wide). In a small bedroom you will find a bunk bed for two people (each 90 cm wide). The bathroom with bathtub completes the furnishings.
The beach is located directly in front of the holiday complex, 50 metres away. You don't have to cross a road to get to it. In high season, you can reach all the shops on foot: many restaurants, a bakery, a supermarket, a hairdresser, an ice cream parlour, a bicycle rental shop, a clothes shop, a wine merchant and a beach accessories shop are located about 50 metres away. Numerous places of interest such as the old neighbourhoods of Agde, wineries, the town of Sète, the village of Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert and the town of Pézenas with its artist can be reached in less than an hour by car. The landlord will be happy to give you advice and tips according to your interests. In summer, there are numerous activities for children and families.
On cold days, radiators provide warmth in all rooms (except the toilet). In summer, the holiday flat is cooled by the elevated position. Internet access via W-LAN is included in the rental price. The holiday flat is not specially equipped for people with reduced mobility, but the doors are adapted for wheelchair users.
