The ground-floor apartment ideally welcomes three people, but can also accommodate four people, and is suitable for the disabled, the elderly and families. It provides 60m² of living space with two bedrooms, a living room with an integrated kitchen and a dining table, as well as a shower room with a barrier-free shower. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size double bed (200 x 200cm), while the second has two comfortable single beds (90 x 200cm). Apart from the beds, there are bedside tables with reading lamps, so you can read a good book before going to sleep. The slatted frame can be adjusted electronically, which also makes it easier to get in and out of bed. The modern living room-kitchen includes a fully-equipped built-in kitchen, with a dishwasher, an oven, a four-zone hob, a coffee machine, a microwave and a toaster for convenient self-catering. There is a dining table with three high-backed chairs next to the kitchen unit for dining together. You can relax on the leather sofa after a day trip. A wall-mounted flatscreen TV provides entertainment. The bathroom is fitted with a barrier-free shower, a WC and a washbasin, a towel radiator and a hairdryer. A washing machine-dryer is available. The apartment is heated throughout with under-floor heating and also has external blinds on all the windows.
