The Julija apartment is very close to the world-famous Festspielhaus in Baden-Baden.

Per apartment there is a car parking space in the underground garage, which is included in the rental price.

With 59m² of living space, it is a generous holiday apartment. The absolute highlight is the large balcony that extends the living space significantly during the summer months. You can start the day in the inviting bathroom, which also has a washing machine and iron. After a pleasant night in a generous double bed, you will find your clothes in the spacious wardrobe. A further two people could sleep on the sofa bed. There is a fully-equipped kitchen for self-catering, with a coffee machine, toaster and kettle, as well as a ceramic hob and microwave and crockery for six people. You can dine in the living and dining room, which has many details. It includes a dining table, a comfortable sofa bed with a table, and a cupboard wall. You could watch TV if you do not feel like exploring life in Baden-Baden for a while. As the apartment has been newly renovated, we request only to smoke on the balcony. The apartments do not have carpets, but pets are only allowed on request.

    “Ein sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für die Lage und Umgebung. Positiv: Zentrale, ruhige Lage war sehr angenehm. Negativ: Kaffeekanne hätte auf Sauberkeit überprüft werden können, ansonsten alles okay. Restaurant: Lehners - Traditionelles Wirtshaus im Zentrum von Rastatt sehr zu empfehlen. Ausflüge: Das alte Schloss in Baden- Baden - Bringt Nostalgiker zum träumen und fantasieren. Wunderschöner Ausblick über die Stadt und Umgebung.”
