The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family home, was renovated in 2013 and is furnished in a modern style. Also due to the view over the mountains from the property and its quiet and sunny hillside location the domicile is popular. For shared use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, Hollywood swing and campfire site. Blankenstein, 450 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 1800 sqm open garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Wall box for e-cars available for charging 200 m to the Bavarian border at the Blankenstein / Rennsteig with views of the Franconian Forest. Blankenstein is known as the starting point or end point of the 168.3 km long Rennsteig as one of the most famous and important European long-distance hiking trails. Access is directly from the main road (length 20 m). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property. Wall box for e-cars available for charging
