Holiday House in Zimmert with Private Parking

Bullerbü by the Schlei. You can relax straight away here. The cosy Swedish house is quietly and idyllically situated on a farm in Schwansen, a peninsula between the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. You can leave everyday life far behind.

In front of the house facing south there is a terrace with garden furniture, two loungers and a parasol. There is a grill area on site that you can share use of.

The house of around 90m² has four big rooms. The ground floor has a very well-equipped living room-kitchen with a new built-in kitchen, plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, stove with a ceramic hob and an oven, and a dishwasher. It also a dining table with six chairs, three armchairs by the Danish fireplace stove and satellite TV. The living room has a comfortable additional sofa bed with a Latex mattress (for a potential sixth guest), two armchairs and a second sofa, satellite TV, a stereo system and a table with four chairs. There are two bedrooms in the attic each with a double bed (180 x 200cm) with very good mattresses. One bedroom has a third satellite TV, the second bedroom has an additional single bed. Plenty of storage space is available. The bathroom on the ground floor has a big shower.

It is about 3km to the Schlei with the idyllic Sieseby and about 12km to the Baltic Sea town of Eckernförde. It is a similar distance to Kappeln, known through the TV series ‘Der Landarzt’.

    “Das Ferienhaus im Schwedenstil befindet sich auf einer Hofanlage. Ein großzügiger, wildromantischer dennoch gepflegter Garten umschließt die gesamten Gebäude. Mit einem Badeteich, einem Ententeich, mit Schaukeln und Liegen, und Sitzbänken, Obstbaumwiese und freilaufenden Hühnern ist dieses Angebot ein idealer Erholungsort für Familien mit Kindern. Das Ferienhaus mit einer modernen Küche, Kaminofen, Essecke und Wohnzimmer sowie oben zwei Schlafzimmer, bringen Erinnerungen an den letzten Urlaub in Schweden. Alle technischen Unterhaltungsgeräte sind vorhanden. Aufgrund der Bauart ist auch ein Urlaub zurkühlen bzw. kalten Jahreszeit möglich. Zwei Terrassen mit Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Gebäude runden das Angebot ab. Ein idealer Ort, der sich ca. 4 km außerhalb von Rieseby befindet, lädt zu einer wohltuenden Entspannung ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ( Edeka-Markt mit Bäcker) sowie einer preislich günstigen Tankstelle befinden sich in Rieseby. Wenn kein Interesse am Kochen vor Ort besteht, empfiehlt es sich, nach Eckernförde mit den zahlreichen Restaurants zu fahren. Ohnehin ist dort der Strand (auch Hundestrand) ein schönes Erlebnis. Zudem lädt diese Stadt aufgrund ihrer Historie zum Bummeln und Einkaufen ein. Ein Spaziergang am Hafen sorgt für Fernweh und schöner Abwechslung. Mit dem Ferienhausangebot war es für uns ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Die Aufnahme war begleitet von sehr freundlichen Gesprächen, ferner war der Vermieter stets zu erreichen. Die Planung für das nächste Jahr läuft bereits, und die Enkelkinder kommen mit, denn für die "Kleinen" gibt es ständig auf dem Hof Neues zu entdecken.”
