House on a little farm in the west of Sweden
This house typical of the region is on Tjörn, the fifth-largest island in Sweden, and is surrounded by plenty of forest.
The house is on one floor and provides around 35m2 of living space. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. It also has a bathroom with a shower and WC, a hallway, a small bedroom with a bunk bed, and a living room with a TV and a sofa bed for two people.
The outside area comprises a private garden with garden furniture, a grill, swings for children and car parking space.
The farm is at the end of a little field track and stands completely alone, without being overlooked by neighbours, surrounded by forest and meadows. The house is about 4km from the nearest little village with a supermarket, petrol station and pizzeria. The island of Tjörn Is very beautiful and there are several old fishing villages, cosy restaurants, a golf course and a very popular aquarelle museum. All around Tjörn there are several child-friendly beaches, as well as individual, rocky beaches. The nearest beach is about 5km from the house.
