Located in the small village of Turcic, just 10 minutes walk from the sea and beautiful beaches, this complex of four exclusive villas where you can enjoy your vacation in a quiet location and with all the comforts. Each house has its own pool and fenced garden, as well as unique features. CKK546 is a modern and functionally furnished villa, where you will find a spacious living room on the first floor. From there you can access the covered terrace. Here you can enjoy the warm summer days or find refreshment in the pool. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the bedrooms on the second floor have covered terraces where you can drink the delicious morning coffee while listening to the sounds of nature. From the house you can quickly get to the famous tourist places on the island such as Malinska, Krk and Baska, which during the summer months offer numerous entertainments and cultural events, as well as rich gastronomic offer.

    “Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Zu jedem großen Schlafzimmer gehört ein neues modernes Bad mit bodengleichen großen Duschen.
    Das Wohnzimmer, mit integrierter Küche und Sitzbereich, ist groß und führt direkt auf die überdachte Terrasse. An die Terrasse grenzt der Pool (Wassertiefe ca. 1,40 m), mit viel Platz drum herum. Vor dem Haus befinden sich zwei Stellplätze mit elektrischer Toreinfahrt.
    Die Entfernung zum Meer beträgt fußläufig ca. zehn Minuten. Der Weg zurück geht jedoch nur bergauf und man muss hierfür mehr Zeit einplanen.
    Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.”

    “Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsene Ende Juni in diesem Haus. Alles ist neu und top in Ordnung. Sauberkeit auch in der kleinsten Ecke. Einziges Manko ist, das es zu wenig Kochutensilien wie Kochlöffel, Salatbesteck, Schneidemesser gab. Wir haben dies dem sehr netten Vermieter bei der Abreise gesagt. Die vier neuen Häuser stehen eng beieinander. Ein Schlafzimmer hat Blick und Seite direkt zum Pool des Nachbarhauses. Inmitten der vier Häuser gehört eine Parzelle einem Einheimischen, der leider am Wochenende alles grillt, was ihm in die Finger kommt und da hat man in diesem Haus am Pool den Rauch direkt in der Nase. Jedoch sind dies Kleinigkeiten über die man locker hinwegsehen kann. Unser Tipp ist wirklich: buchen!”
