    “Das gesamte Objekt (Garten, Aussenanlage und Wohnung) ist sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist einmalig. Ich fahre seit über 20 Jahren nach Kroatien in den Urlaub, aber das hat alle Rekorde geschlagen. Der Ausblick ist einfach wunderbar. Die Nähe zum Hafen ist mit 50 m bestens beschrieben. Die Hausleute sind ein älteres Paar und wohnen mit im Objekt. Sehr sehr freundlich. Die Dame des Hauses spricht etwas deutsch. Ansonsten ist die Verständigung etwas schwierig. Von Vorteil wären italienisch Kenntnisse. Ich hatte die 4+1 Wohnung im 2. Stock. Das Notbett ist gewöhnungsbedürftig aber ausreichend. In der Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht. Übrigens sind Handtücher auch im Mietpreis eingeschlossen. Aus meiner Sicht Bestnote mit 100 % Empfehlung.”
