Holiday home for 6 people with a roof terrace

The house sits on a 130 m² property in one of Conil's most desirable and quiet neighbourhoods. The holiday home is near the beach, the old town, restaurants and bars. High end materials were used during the construction, ensuring the beauty of the natural light shining through. The holiday home offers three comfortable bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceran stove, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and blender) and a patio, facing the living room.

On the top floor, you will find a large, private, 120 m²roof terrace, which is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the views - day and night. The holiday house was refurbished with comfortable and new furniture in 2011.

There are many beaches in the fishing village of Conil de la Frontera. The nearest beaches are the beach Castilnovo and Los Batales, which are separated by the river Rio Salado. The beach walk is the main attraction with its shops, ice cream parlors and bars. At the beach, you can partake in aquatic sports, such as swimming, surfing, kite surfing, scuba diving, fishing, canoeing and sailing. Many beaches allow naturists. Enjoy trips to Cádiz, Tarifa, Seville, to the Roman ruins in Baelo Claudio , the national parks, Aqualand Bahía Water Park in Puerto de Santa María and the go cart track in Jerez.

    “Die Lage ist etwas am Rand von Conil, aber alles ist zu Fuß bestens erreichbar (Strand ca 15 min; Innenstadt 10min). Alles an Ausstattung vorhanden was man braucht und der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist sensationell. Für sieben Personen könnte es etwas eng werden, aber bestens geeignet für Selbstversorger, die gerne auf Hoteltrubel verzichten.”
