Only 300 from the beautiful fine sandy beach of La Faute-sur-Mer, this modern house half welcomes you in a quiet cul-de-sac far from the crowds. On the first floor you will find the kitchen with dining facilities and two double bedrooms. The upper floor includes another double bedroom and a gallery furnished as a living room. Outside, a fully enclosed courtyard with a partially covered terrace awaits guests. The entire house can be heated in the cold season. After a short walk you are already in the middle of the village of La Faute-sur-Mer, and in the nearby village of Aiguillon you will find plenty of amenities, such as a farmers market and a large supermarket. For variety, there's a tennis court, plenty of bike paths, and a lake with water sports, and up the road, La Tranche-sur-Mer (5 km) awaits your visit. You can also take advantage of Les Sables-d'Olonne, probably the most popular town in the Vendée, which invites you to take a walk along the sea with its magnificent promenade. Further south lies the historic harbor town of La Rochelle. Just nearby is our FVE022.

    “Wir waren zu 5 im Haus mit 3 großen Kindern. Das Haus ist super, war alles sauber und groß geschnitten. Große Terrasse und alles da was man braucht in den Ferien (außer Spülmaschine u. TV nur französische Sender). Kleines Manko, ist es gibt keinen Garten, wo die Kinder spielen konnten. Deswegen gute 4 Häuser!”
