Rincón de la Victoria: Quiet residential area. Beautiful, cosy, comfortable villa "Villa Tulipán". In the resort 700 m from the centre of Rincón de la Victoria, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 700 m from the sea. Private: garden 900 m2 with lawn 700 m2, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). WC in the pool area, arbour (30 m2), terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, washing machine. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 300 m, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "walking distance" 750 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2.8 km. Please note: baby equipment on request (extra). Groups of teenagers on request only. Nightclub/disco 1 km from the property. Airfield 34 km from the property.

    “Die Lage des Objektes ist dominant, man hat einen (fast ungehinderten) Rundumblick zum Meer und auf die umliegenden Hügel mit ihren Siedlungen. Achtung: 37 Stufen vom Eingangstor an der Strasse zum Haus! Der Pool liegt trassiert unterhalb des Hauses auf einem eigenen über Gartentreppe erreichbaren Grundstück, ist ziemlich uneinsehbar und voll in der Sonne, allerdings ist das Wasser nicht geheizt. Kinderspielplatz ist nicht vorhanden. Das Haus ist komfortabel aber schon etwas abgewohnt, die Einrichtung zweckmäßig und ziemlich komplett (Küche bestens ausgestattet), kleine Mängel wurden von der (deutschsprachigen) Hausverwaltung sofort und problemlos behoben. Heizung ist keine vorhanden, nur ein offener Kamin im Wohnzimmer (Holz im Supermarkt erhältlich). Ein fahrbarer Elektroradiator war vorhanden, ein zweiter wurde über Wunsch bereitgestellt (mehr ist elektrotechnisch nicht möglich). Das war für 7 Räume bei Aussentemperaturen von 6-10 Grad in der Nacht etwas wenig. Somit ein idealer Ort für Schönwetterferien!”
