Vacation villa in Torremolinos for 10 people

With space to park three vehicles, the tranquil environment surrounding this plot is very high. Designed for family life, the host has prepared the facilities so that you can enjoy it with your family and at the same time, have a moment of tranquility.

Spacious exteriors, presided over by a large swimming pool with which you will enjoy the summer and even the winter (the pool is heated upon contracting and paying this extra). Two porches surround the pool with ample outdoor furniture that will allow you to enjoy great comfort.

From the pool area, we have the main entrance of the house, which, with a two-storey architecture, has five bedrooms with a total capacity for ten people.

On the ground floor, we have:
Large entrance hall.
Laundry and ironing area.
Bedroom with double bed, this bedroom has an en-suite shower, the corresponding toilet is the one in the hall.
Toilet.
Children's or games room with two bedrooms that have two single beds in one and a double bed in the other. These bedrooms share a large bathroom with a shower and a double sink.

Stairs to the upper floor.

On the upper floor, we have:
Large full kitchen and access to an outdoor patio with furniture.
Living room, spacious, bright and with separate dining and rest areas. Comfortable furniture and Smart TV.
Outdoor terrace connected to the living room, beautiful sea views on clear days and very sunny in the morning.
Bedroom with double bed, dressing room and bathroom with bathtub and shower en suite.
Bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite.
Guest toilet in the hallway.

You should know that this accommodation is subject to a prior payment of a deposit. The deposit will be returned 48 hours after your departure and after reviewing the facilities.

- The heated pool can only be hired for the entire stay.
