A small paradise awaits guests as they enter the 1,600 m² grounds on which the bright red Villa Bella Mallorca is enthroned. Anyone looking for the most beautiful place to relax will soon be spoilt for choice, as the various locations compete with each other in terms of aesthetics, comfort and practicality. It's best to try out the different options one after the other! Right next to the house, under one roof and with a marvellous view of the pool area, is the beautiful dining table: the perfect meeting place for al fresco dining. In the open air, you can sit right next door in the chic polyrattan lounge, which harmonises wonderfully in style with the matching double daybeds. The Balinese bed offers a different perspective, which, like the other outdoor sofa, is a little out of the way, but still sits on the generous wooden surface that nestles around the pool. A second dining table is also available in this rear area, so that you can enjoy your privacy undisturbed even when fully occupied. The outdoor kitchen with fridge, wine cooler, sink, pizza oven and integrated gas barbecue invites you to actually move your holiday life completely outside during the day. The large pool provides the necessary cooling in between. Environmentally conscious sustainability is also a top priority. This finca is equipped with a photovoltaic system and generates electricity from solar energy. The garden is also watered in an ecologically sensible way via a rainwater tank system.

The space, which opens up further to the entrance hall and staircase, also emphasises the spaciousness of the house with its imposing pillars, which with 280 m² of living space really does offer plenty of open space. Stylish relaxation rooms are spread over different levels: A few steps down are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. Parties, company celebrations, weddings and similar events as well as commercial events are not permitted. With its warm red colour and green shutters, Villa Bella Mallorca is a colourful invitation to a relaxed and comfortable holiday on Mallorca. You live here on the outer edge of the Costa de la Calma urbanisation in the west of the island. Beaches, leisure facilities and various towns are just a few minutes away.
