In Ariany, a dreamy village in the east of the island, you will find the charming townhouse Ca Sa Tia Francisca. When you arrive, you can park your car on the roadside directly in front of the gate. The 240 m² property is located on the edge of the village and exudes a very special charm. Here you will discover a house whose walls are over a century old and combine modern accents with rustic cosiness. The inner courtyard of your holiday home, which is typical of the original Mallorcan architecture, is not visible from the outside: enjoy a hearty breakfast on the covered terrace or relax on one of the sun loungers by the pool. The pool itself or the waterfall, which flows into the pool and keeps you cool on hot, sunny days, provide refreshment. An outdoor bathroom with shower and WC is directly connected to the terrace. In the evening, you can prepare delicious dishes from fresh, regional specialities in the outdoor kitchen. Freshly grilled fish or the popular pimientos de padrón can be prepared in no time at all. The luxurious features of this villa include a stone barbecue built into the kitchen. The 160 m² of living space is spread over the entire ground floor of the house. The upper floor is not rented out by the owners, but is guaranteed to be empty during your stay. The house with a total of three bedrooms leaves nothing to be desired: WLAN Internet, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fans and air-conditioned bedrooms are just some of the highlights of this accommodation. The bright, lovingly designed entrance area with wooden beamed ceilings, a natural stone wall and selected pieces of furniture create a welcoming atmosphere. From here you enter the living room, where you can look forward to a cosy sofa, a flat-screen TV and an open fireplace. Treat yourself to cosy hours with warmth and candlelight on cooler evenings. A mixture of antique furniture and modern interiors gives the room its casual elegance. The kitchen with bar offers additional seating. There is more than enough space to store your food in the large fridge. A dishwasher does the washing up for you so that you have more time for the finer things in life. A dining room leads out onto the terrace. The three bedrooms have been designed with a cosy ambience in mind. Two bedrooms have two single beds, while the third bedroom has a double bed and a TV. The two bathrooms in the house have a shower or bath.

Cycling enthusiasts, hikers and walkers are offered a variety of almost uninhabited roads and paths. When the almond trees are in bloom between January and February, the island region in and around Ariany is particularly beautiful and a sea of pink and white colours creates a special atmosphere every year.
