If you are looking for peace and privacy as well as a well-kept environment, then Villa Can Nofre is just the right property for you. Even the last few metres of the small driveway give you the impression of an inviting idyll. The secluded area, surrounded by Mediterranean trees, has a wide variety of spaces, levels and interesting points of interest and offers all kinds of possibilities for an all-round pleasant stay outdoors. Extensive inner courtyards and terraced areas characterise the grounds, which are lovingly decorated with little walls, steps, plants and even a fountain. All these individual elements make this property pleasantly cosy and atmospheric. The entire 10-metre-long private pool, which is just a few steps away from the house and surrounded by a spacious terrace, can be easily accessed via a wide staircase. Here you can refresh yourself with a cooling dip on warm days. You can relax on one of the sun loungers, find your own personal favourite spot and slowly leave everyday life behind you. If the UV rays get too strong, you can simply shade yourself under one of the two thatched parasols or under the Pacific-style palm canopy. The raised veranda by the house also invites you to make yourself comfortable in the breezy shade and eat at the table, accompanied by simply marvellous views. Here you can start your morning with a beautiful view of the garden and its borders in the surrounding landscape. In the evening, you can sit together over a delicious culinary BBQ, savour Mediterranean delicacies and round off another fulfilling day in style. There is a small road close to the villa, which is hardly frequented and will not disturb you.

A large combined living/dining room welcomes guests into the villa. Here you will find moderately used classic decorations, elegant furniture and fabrics. The wooden-framed windows, the exposed beams on the ceiling and the terracotta-coloured floor tiles complement this room and help to create a harmonious whole. The cosy sofa corner invites you to spend relaxing hours, perhaps under the spell of a good book. Here you can also enjoy a delicious drink or watch an entertaining TV film on the large flat-screen TV with satellite connection. The modern dining table accentuates the cosy space and offers an attractive option for perhaps organising an indoor dinner. From this room you also have convenient direct access to the pool area. The very spacious kitchen, which is also the front foyer, is equipped with a further dining area and is also fully furnished. In addition to an oven, hob, microwave, large fridge and dishwasher, the kitchen also has a kettle and filter coffee machine. The cosy atmosphere continues in the three bedrooms (one of which has its own bathroom). Brightly coloured fabrics harmonise with the furniture and other decorative ornaments. The beds available are one measuring 1.50 x 2.00 metres, two measuring 1.00 x 2.00 metres and two others measuring 0.90 x 1.90 metres. The bathrooms are not only functional, but also have a modern design. You can leave your hairdryer and iron at home, as both are available in the house and can of course be used by guests.

Ariany is a beautiful little town whose surrounding landscape is characterised by seven windmills. However, its central location in the eastern part of the island means that the larger towns are within easy reach. The nearby town of Petra, with its unique quarry stone houses, is reminiscent of a sleepy little town far away from the hustle and bustle. The farmers' market, inviting bars, cafés and restaurants in this quiet but well-developed town are definitely worth a visit and should not be missed. The beautiful natural beach of Son Serra de Marina is within easy reach of the villa.

The tranquil Villa Can Nofre is located on a beautiful estate in the eastern part of the island, just 3 km from Ariany. Petra is only 8 km away and is ideal for large grocery shopping trips. There is also a farmers' market every Wednesday, which offers a wide selection of fresh local produce. Easily accessible beaches include the beautiful beach of Son Serra de Marina and Can Picafort.
