"Mira d'Oro Peniscola. Holiday Rental" is a beautiful house located on the edge of the Sierra D'Irta Natural Park with panoramic sea and mountain views.

The rental is officially registered and authorised by the Territorial Tourism Department of the Generalitat de Valencia-Castellon under Licence No. VT-40113-CS.

"Mira d'Oro Peniscola Holiday Rental" the house:
A large south-east-facing terrace, a spacious living room tastefully furnished and decorated, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a third shower room and a fully-equipped kitchen provide comfortable accommodation for 4 people. The house is fully air-conditioned or heated as required.
You'll enjoy magnificent views from every room in the house.
You'll have plenty of crockery, appliances and utensils to prepare your meals, as well as good WiFi throughout and Netflix or Amazon Prime on the large 140cm connected screen in the living room, or the 80cm connected screens in each bedroom.

There are plenty of activities on offer:
For swimming the pool is just 50m away (open from 1 May to 15 October), wild coves are 5mn away and the huge beaches of Peniscola are 7mn away. The first large supervised beach, "Playa Sud", is on one side of the town centre, close to all amenities. On the other side of the centre is the immense 8km-long "Playa Norte", with parking, tarmac walkways, pontoons, shops and more all along the way.
Mira d'Oro is an ideal starting point for many walks, long hikes or mountain bike excursions to enjoy the wild nature and impressive scenery.
Peniscola is the prettiest little town on the Costa del Azahar, and one of the most beautiful villages in Spain. It has been awarded 2 stars in the Michelin Guide for its old town, with its lively narrow streets and magnificent castle.
The seaside resort of Peniscola has plenty of shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants.
The Costa del Azahar offers a magnificent hinterland with beautiful towns, castles, monasteries, caves and tourist attractions.

Please note: A vehicle is required.

Your journey and arrival:
Peniscola lies between Barcelona (220km) and Valencia (150km), north of the large city of Castellon (75km). The E15 motorway serves the town.
- Castellon airport is 50km away (45 mins). Connections with Madrid Seville Dublin, London, Düsseldorf, Brussels, Krapkowice, Budapest, Rome, Porto.
- Tarragona/Reus airport is 130km (1h20) away. Connections with Brussels, Charleroi, Paris, Eindhoven and many cities in the UK and Ireland.
- Valencia airport (160km, 1h40). Numerous connections with all European countries, the United Kingdom, etc.

At least 10 days before your stay you will receive all the necessary documents to make your arrival easy and pleasant.
On the day of your arrival you will be met personally by our friend Maribel, who will be waiting for you in Peniscola and will take you to the house.
There she will give you all the information you need to settle in easily and comfortably, and will be able to answer any questions you may have.
I'll also be easy to contact throughout your stay.

Here is a detailed description of the rooms in the house:
On the upper floor you will find
A lovely, private, shaded parking space just outside the door
- The entrance to the house and the stairwell
- A first bedroom opening onto a terrace with sea and mountain views, with a Queen Size bed (160cm)
- En-suite marble bathroom (washbasin, shower, WC)
- A second bedroom opening onto a terrace with sea and mountain views, with two 90cm beds
- A second fully tiled bathroom (washbasin, bidet, bath with shower, WC).

Lower floor:
- A large 25m2 terrace with sea and mountain views facing south-east
- A vast 25m2 living room with sea and mountain views and beautiful furnishings
- A fully-equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and numerous high-quality kitchen utensils)
- 3rd separate WC
- A large patio area for storing your suitcases, groceries and drying your clothes...
We've taken great care with the decor and fittings, with large mirrors, pretty objects and real paintings, as well as quality equipment.
We provide :
Bathroom linen, Kitchen linen, Bed linen, Beds are made for your arrival.
Shower gel, Starter kit for crockery, coffee, etc.
WiFi in all rooms, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.

A vehicle is required
The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 15 October
The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. We do not provide an extra bed or cot, the sofa is not convertible and cannot be used as a bed.
The accommodation is built on two levels and is not suitable for disabled guests. The presence of a staircase may present a danger for young children.
The interior of the accommodation is strictly non-smoking.
Meetings and parties are not permitted.
The electrical installation is not designed for recharging vehicles (V.E.).
Pets are not allowed.
To limit the negative effects on the environment, we ask you not to use the air conditioning by leaving the bay windows open. We also ask you to use water sensibly.
The municipality does not charge a tourist tax.
