Villa Sussini offers all this and much more! This beautiful villa extends over the ground and second floor and has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people with different sleeping arrangements. The additional sofa beds are located in the living area as well as in some of the bedrooms. On the first floor you will find a spacious living room with kitchen and dining room, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a separate bathroom and a storage room. Here you can enjoy the combination of stone walls and designer furniture, high ceilings and exposed wooden beams, a great mix of modern with a rustic touch. The carefully selected details, flowers and bright colors give you a feeling of warmth in this inviting area overlooking the pool. Large glass doors with wooden frames that lead to the outdoor area where you are sure to spend a lot of time relaxing next to the inviting private pool or dining or preparing barbecues outdoors. There is also plenty of space on the sun loungers should you wish to sunbathe or just relax by the pool while taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. On the second floor you will find 2 stylishly furnished and cozy bedrooms with private bathrooms and a terrace with beautiful views, accessible from each bedroom. Whether you are just enjoying your time here or in the beautiful, large garden or already planning where to go next to explore the hinterland or preparing for a day at the beach (only 15 minutes away by car), at Villa Sussini you will find everything you need for your perfect vacation! Villa Sussini is located in a village near Labin, the historical and administrative center of eastern Istria. Nearby you will also find the first, natural beaches, about 19 km away from the villa. Labin is a medieval town spread on the hill above Rabac, located by the sea. Here you will find many events and concerts in summer, such as the Labin Jazz Festival, but also many cozy cafes and well-known restaurants where you can taste Istrian specialties. If you would also like to visit islands, we can recommend a boat trip to the nearby islands of Cres or Losinj. For those who like to enjoy their vacation actively, you can find a beautiful hiking trail (Sentona trail) that stretches from the old town to Rabac. Here you can experience nature and see many rapids leading through seven bridges, waterfalls several meters long and the former mill whose ruins can be found today.
