Just 200m from the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean, Les Lauriers gîte welcomes you for a relaxing break. Its exceptional location means you can enjoy the sea without taking the car! Less than 200m away, you'll find all the shops you need: grocery shop, restaurants, bakery, delicatessen, etc. Along the beach, let yourself be guided by a beautiful promenade with a unique view on foot or by bike. Wild beaches are also just a few minutes away by car.
During your holiday, there are many must-see places to visit close to Port-la-Nouvelle: Narbonne la Romaine, the Sigean African Reserve, the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park with its breathtaking scenery, the Leucate cliffs or the typical villages of the region (Gruissan, Bages...). The Port-la-Nouvelle market is also nearby, where you can sample local produce.
On site, the gîte has a lovely private swimming pool for you to cool off in (4,30x3m), as well as deckchairs for basking in the Midi sunshine, a complete break from the hustle and bustle of your stay. Outside, you'll find a large private enclosed terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. The public car park is just next door, where you'll find plenty of space for all seasons.
This air-conditioned gîte opens on the ground floor into a living room with a sitting area (sofas and TV) and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) and direct access to the outdoor area and swimming pool. A separate shower room with washbasin and shower. A separate WC. A laundry area with washing machine and a staircase giving access to the master suite upstairs. This master suite has a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (80cm), an en-suite shower room (shower, WC, washbasin), a dressing room and direct access to the upstairs terrace. Air conditioning in the gîte. Bed linen and towels are provided. Housekeeping is extra.
