This beautiful family villa in Labinci near Porec leaves nothing to be desired. Villa Clara Melodie consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom is located on the first floor, while the other two are on the upper floor and have access to the beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area and offer a great view for a good start to the day. All bedrooms, just like the rest of the house, are comfortable, stylish and furnished with great attention to detail. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a television. The center of the first floor is the colorful living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining area for 8 people. Directly from there you can access the garden and the inviting pool area. An outdoor dining area and a charcoal barbecue are at your disposal if you want to cook and enjoy your meal outdoors. The shade under the parasols invites you to relax and enjoy your vacation. The villa's convenient location allows easy access to the coast and the picturesque hinterland, while a store and restaurant are just a short walk away. Please note: Youth and party groups are not allowed.Labinci is a small village just a short drive from Porec. Porec is the tourist hotspot of the area, known for its beautiful beaches and rich cultural heritage and also offers sports facilities and gastronomic and entertainment amenities. The stunning Euphrasian Basilica is the symbol of this coastal town. Sunsets in Porec are also worth seeing. The nearest beach is about 7 km from the villa. As the coast is easily accessible by car, you have many different beaches to discover. Near Porec you will find one of the best water parks in Istria - Aqualandia, where a day of fun for the whole family is guaranteed. The inland of this part of Istria offers many hiking and cycling trails as well as many opportunities to discover the small towns of Istria and their cultural and gastronomic specialties. If you want to explore central Istria, you must visit one of the charming hilltop towns such as Groznjan or Motovun and enjoy the view of the breathtaking surroundings.
