Luxury villa Sea la Vie is a real pearl that you will fall in love with at first sight. It is located in the town of Novalja on the island of Pag, which is known for its various beaches and the beauty of natural landscapes. Novalja is known for the beach Zrće, which is known as the most beautiful and most attractive beach, and its coastal part is a beautifully landscaped pebble beach that can accommodate several hundred bathers during the summer season. Built-in 2021 with a modern style of construction, this villa has 162 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 900 m2. It is 1 km away from the nearest sea and beach, and in its immediate vicinity, there are many cafes, restaurants, and shops, where guests of all ages are entertained. The villa consists of a ground floor and an upper floor, and it can accommodate a maximum of 7 people, while the optimal number is 6 guests.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room that includes two sofas, a table, and a TV, and next to it there is a dining room with a dining table for 7 people. In the modern kitchen, you will prepare meals for the whole family or friends. The living room leads directly to the outdoor terrace, and what will delight you is the fact that Villa Sea la Vie has a sea view from absolutely all rooms.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers. Each of the rooms also has a TV, and there is a balcony with chairs and coffee tables where you can have your morning coffee.
On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated pool where you can refresh yourself during the hot summer days or nights, the size is 32 m2 and has a depth of 1.5 m. Next to it, there are 6 sun loungers located on the grass in front of the pool, and while sunbathing you will enjoy the view of untouched nature and the Adriatic Sea. On the terrace, there is an outdoor barbecue on charcoal or wood, as well as an outdoor dining table, next to which is a garden sofa.
Additional facilities at this villa include a washing machine, dryer, and iron, and there is also a separate toilet. If you come together with the youngest ones, a feeder and a baby cot are at your disposal.
Children will be able to play badminton outside, and since the courtyard of the villa is completely fenced, then they will have enough space for undisturbed entertainment and children's play.
