Villa Camilla is located in the town of Sv. Lovreč, in beautiful Istria. This beautiful indigenous Istrian house in stone is ideal for all lovers of nature, and greenery and for all those who want a peaceful and relaxing holiday. If you are one of them, treat yourself and your family to a holiday to remember in Villa Camilla!

The villa was built in 2009 but underwent a complete renovation in 2022, and its rustic style of construction, beautiful interior, and enticing exterior will not leave you indifferent! Guests have at their disposal 206 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1059 m2. It is fully air-conditioned and provides accommodation for a maximum of 8 people who will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms, three of which are located on the upper floor and have double beds. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor and contains two single beds. Also, two bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub, and one bathroom has only a bathtub.

The villa also has a modern kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals for the whole family and friends, and there is a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats. Also, in the villa, you can enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea by drinking morning coffee on the balcony where there is a sitting set.

The whole family will be able to gather in the living room, enjoying two sofas, and there is also a table, TV, and chairs for sitting.

On the outdoor terrace, there is a pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. Next to it, there is a sun deck with 8 deck chairs, and the contents of the terrace also include an outdoor grill on charcoal or wood, a covered outdoor dining table for 8 people, and a beautiful landscaped garden rich in greenery and colourful flowers.

Additional facilities at Villa Camilla include 1 separate toilet, washing machine, and iron. In addition, you can use a feeder and a baby cot.

The courtyard of Villa Camilla is fully fenced which makes it safe for carefree children's play and entertainment, and inside it, there are 3 private parking spaces.

Attractions and local activities at your fingertips are wine tours, water sports, an aquapark that will delight the youngest, ski lift Poreč, cycling, and much more! Sv. Lovreč is a hidden gem and one of the best-preserved medieval fortified towns in Istria.
