Oberschwanden 2 km from Brienz: Very beautiful, cosy chalet "Boden 19", built in 1988, renovated in 2014, surrounded by trees and meadows. In a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: natural state property. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). 160 m long narrow motor access. Parking at the house. Shop 1 km, grocery 2.6 km, restaurant 1.9 km, bus stop 250 m, railway station "Brienz" 2.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.7 km. Walking paths from the house 20 m, skisport facilities 17 km. Nearby attractions: Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg, Giessbach Wasserfälle. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Meiringen - Hasliberg, Brienz Axalp. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Brienzersee. Hiking paths: Haslital, Rosenlaui. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

    “Ausstattung: Die Ferienwohnug verfügt über alles notwendige und die Geräte sind in einwandfreien Zustand. Ein grosser Balkon, von dem man einen schönen Blick auf den See geniesst, sowie ein Kamin sind vorhanden. Lage: Hervorragend. Oberhalb von Brienz gelegen. Der Blick über den See und auf die umliegenden Berge läd zum träumen ein.”
