Lage:
The hut is simply ideal for both winter and summer sports enthusiasts! Around 8 km south of Uttendorf in the Salzach Valley, in the beautiful Salzburger Land, between the Kitzbühel and Zell am See regions. The alpine hut is located near a little inhabited alpine hut, otherwise it stands alone, on a brook.
Entfernungen:
Ski region Weißsee (Glacier cable-cars to up to 2.600m altitude with 18km of groomed slopes, 7 ski lifts) 5km, ski bus stop about 400m above the hut. Ski region Kaprun/Zell am See 28 km or ski region Kitzbühel (entry at Hollersbach) 20km. Next village with shops and restaurants is Uttendorf in 8km, walking paths close-by, lake 8km, tennis 8km.
Ausstattung:
Only the upper floor can be rented. The ground floor is needed for the owners themselves when they are on the mountain pasture and the animals live at the nearby barn in autumn. Upper floor: living room and completely furnished kitchenette with electric cooker, wood stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, satellite TV. A modern bathroom with shower/toilet; 3 double rooms. Wood-fired central heating. In front of the hut: meadows, forest, a rivulet, a barbecue grill, sunbeds and seats.

Electricity 0,40/kWh, local tourism tax currently 1,60/person/night, bed linen can be rented for 8,-/set, pet 20,-/stay.
