Villa Lloberina is an historic and exquisitely refurbished Villa in Pollensa! Built approximately 500 years ago and richly blessed with fascinating memories, this 4 -bedroom Villa beckons admiration with a serenely secluded location, a fabulous outdoor space, and phenomenal views of the Colonya Valley.

Creatively engineered to inspire a state of bliss, the outdoor space features a solid stone-cut swimming pool with gentle slopes, several comfortable lounge chairs, gorgeous stonework, sun terraces and a covered pergola with a dining table for eight individuals.

While your friends and family swim and frolic, you can take advantage of the nearby brick-built barbecue and whip up tasty treats for your loved ones. Explore the grounds to find old olive trees, and if the season allows, there may be an opportunity to pick a fresh lemon or a juicy orange!

Inside, the Villa Lloberina is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find it furnished for an abundance of comfort and adorned with stone walls. The first thing you see is the kitchen farmhouse-style kitchen featuring a dishwasher, a microwave, a large refrigerator/freezer, ample cabinetry, a dining area, and a fireplace. You continue to a spacious interior includes lovely tile floors, wood ceiling beams, a dining room with high ceilings from where you have a spectacular view of the original stone entrance. There is also a lounge with satellite television (limited channels) and a comfortable sofa and a laundry with a washing machine.

Tranquil evenings may be found in the sizable bedrooms, which are fashioned with local style.

All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h. WIFI is included.

From the dining room, you have the stairs to the first floor where you will find two twin bedrooms, each include an attached en suite, while two double bedrooms also each have an attached en suite. Depending on your bathing preferences, two of the bathrooms have small baths with an above shower and two include full size baths with convenient shower attachments.

Villa Lloberina is located in a privileged area of Pollensa. Situated only 5-minutes away discover the beauty of Old Town Pollença with one-of-a-kind shopping, authentic restaurants, and outstanding sightseeing. This old town is renowned for its beauty and folklore. Any Sunday, you could visit its open-air market and find fresh farm products.

You could also visit Puerto Pollensa, located 15 minutes from the Villa, an ideal place to settle back on the beach, practice water sports like kayaking, jet skiing or a taking boat tour. Take a dive a little further to Cala San Vicente for its clear waters.
