All apartments, either on the south side with lake view, or on the north side with view to the children's playground and the wooded recreation area "Turkey", have a size of 40 - 50 m2 and are completely equipped. Of course with shower or bath and WC, satellite TV, telephone, balcony, room safe, shower and bath towels as well as bed linen.

In the living room there is a pull-out couch and a fully equipped kitchenette.
