Terms and Conditions:

With the booking, a deposit of 30% of the travel price is immediately due. The remaining amount of 70% is to be paid on the day of arrival on site. If no deposit can be detected within 5 days, the booking will be canceled. If the booking is canceled despite the deposit, the 30% deposit will be retained as a processing fee. If the invoice amount is fully transferred in advance, a cancellation will incur 90% of the total price, if the apartment cannot be rented elsewhere.
