Our house is situated about 6 km away from the centre of "Abtenau" in a calm and sunny south side location.
We offer 3 cozy and modern apartments for up to 5 persons, from which you can enjoy a unique view at our beautiful mountains. They are well equipped with 2 separated bedrooms, shower and toilet, a balcony, a full furnished kitchenette as well as a living room with a cozy bench or a sofa, a LED-TV and a radio. In summer a beautiful lawn, a playground as well as a swimming pool for relaxing and a barbecue area with a garden shed are available for you.
Bed linen, towels for the Apartment and table clothes are available - please just bring your own towels for the pool and excursions to lakes etc. Thank you!

Luxury Appartement for 2-5 persons with a balcony - amazing view from the panoramic window, two separate bedrooms (1 double bed in the living room), seating area and a cozy couch. A bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, another bathroom with sink and shower. Second bedroom with a double and a single bed, another separate toilet is offered). A full furnished kitchenette, a living room with dining area, a cozy sofa, LED-TV and free Wi-FI. You can also use our big garden with garden hut/barbecue possible, our pool and children´s playground. Enjoy it!
