Das Haus Elpe 10Pers. besteht aus drei einzelnen Ferienwohnunge, die über ein Treppenhaus verbunden ist. Es biete Platz für 10 Personen. Zu jeder Wohnung gehört ein Stellplatz. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich eine große Liegewiese, zum Spielen, Sonnen und entspannen. Außerdem befindet sich im Garten eine Grillmöglichkeit und eine große Sitzecke die mitgenutzt werden kann.



Die Wohnungen im Ries 1, 2 und 3  sind drei einzelnen Ferienwohnungen,
die über eine Treppenhaus verbunden sind und zusammen ca. 165m² groß sind.

Jede
Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, eine vollausgestattete seperate
Küche mit Backofen, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher
(SAT-Anschluss) und gemütlichem Sofa, was viel Platz zum entspannen und
zum geselligen Beisammensein bietet.Sowie einem Bad mit Dusche und WC. Eine Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett.

W-Lan ist in der Wohnung vorhanden und kann auf Wunsch zugebucht werden.

Handtücher
und Bettwäsche sind in der Wohnung vorhanden.Bei längeren Aufenthalt
bieten wir gerne an noch Handtücher nachzulegen.

Zu
jeder Wohnung gehört ein Stellplatz. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich eine
große Liegewiese, zum Spielen, Entspannen und Sonne tanken, sowie ein
Grillplatz mit Grill und Sitzmöglichkeit.



Das Haus liegt im Grünen in einer ruhig gelegenen Wohnstraße. Ist mit einem großen Garten sehr familienfreundlich und bietet Platz zum spielen und Grillen. Vom Haus aus haben sie es nicht weit nach Winterberg, wo sich die Skilifte befinden, sowie zum Freizeitpark Fort. Im Ort selber ist eine Paragleitschule, sowie ein Cafe. Einen Ort weiter befindet sich ein Supermarkt.



Das
Haus Elpe befindet sich in der Nähe von Olsberg. Es liegt in einer
idyllischen ruhigen Gegend und enthält 2 Ferienwohungen mit
je 4 Betten. Die einzelnen Wohnungen verfügen über 2 Schlafzimmer,
ein Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit TV-Sat und eine geräumige, gut
ausgestatteten  Küche mit Esstisch. In der Außenanlage
befinden sich PKW-Stellplätz und eine Doppelgarage, die sie
kostenlos nutzen können. Zur Entspannung und Kinderspaß dient eine große
Liegewiese mit Liegen und Grillplatz mit Grill und Sitzecke,
ebenfalls zur kostenlosen Nutzung.
