Modern charme Studio Chalet

Modern studio renovated in 2018. All new furniture in modern style and shabby chic. New kitchen and bathroom renovated in 2018. Large shower with glass and modern furniture. Bed from 1.80m and confortable sofa bed with two beds. Garden with panoramic view, pergola, large grill and jacuzzi (can be used both in summer and winter on request). Large well-kept garden with deckchairs available, games for children and table. In the kitchen you will find the dishwasher and all utensils. Towels and bedspreads are provided free of charge.
Nearby you can go to the river (less than one KM away). Many possibilities for walks in the nature (Lucomagno, Ticino, Locarno e Lugano). The ski facilities are located a few KM away (Nara and Campo Blenio). The apartment is accessible all year round. Ample free parking available. WITH WIFI (NEW 2019)

    “Ideal um abzuschalten oder von dort aus Wandertouren zu starten. Positiv: Die ruige Lage und der Wirlspool, symphatischer Kontakt Negativ: Der Ort ist nur unregelmässig an den ÖV gebunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind weiter entfernt.”

    “Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Positiv: Alles für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden, alles sauber und funktionsfähig, schöne Aussicht, gute Lage. Negativ: Viele Utensilien der Vorgänger oder Besitzer überall in der Wohnung verteilt, vor allem in den Schränken daher kaum Platz für unsere Kleidung etc.”

    “Positiv: joli jardin - belle vue - beaucoup d'informations touristiques Negativ: TV avec Google chrome et votre propre opérateur - il faut un portable ou PC performant - pas de sac poubelle - qu'une petite poêle (le gril était sale)”
