Location:The holiday flat is located in the town centre, around 300 metres from Westerland train station. Opposite the apartment building is a shopping arcade with a bakery and supermarket. The holiday flat itself is located on the very quiet east side of the building, away from the traffic. The beach is only a few hundred metres away and the flat consists of a large living room, bedroom, a kitchen area with a new fitted kitchen, a hallway and a new shower room. The flat was completely renovated in 2018, the furniture is well maintained.
Description:The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine. The living room and bedroom are comfortably furnished with a double wardrobe bed, a single wardrobe bed, another wardrobe, a flat screen TV, a radio, a 2-seater couch with a coffee table and a dining table with 2 chairs and a stool. There is another wardrobe in the hallway. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail. The balcony is furnished with a table and two chairs. Smoking is not permitted in the flat and pets are not allowed.
Outdoor area:The flat house has a swimming pool with sauna. The term "wellness flat" refers to these two facilities. No other "wellness" facilities are offered. The swimming pool and sauna are closed every year from 20.11. - 30.11. for maintenance. Washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the house. There is a designated car park at the house for loading and unloading. The cellar has a storage facility for bicycles.
Note for wheelchair users: The flat can be reached by wheelchair via the rear entrance without steps. However, the house and the flat are not equipped for the disabled or wheelchair users and cannot be described as barrier-free. It is more suitable for people who can still walk short distances and can manage in the flat without a wheelchair but would like to move around outside with a wheelchair.

It cannot be ruled out that there may be construction activities in the flat house or in the neighbouring houses and thus possibly also noise disturbances. If you are interested in a specific period, you are welcome to enquire whether construction work is known and whether the period could be affected.
