Rustic, air-conditioned finca with pool

Cas Home is a holiday cottage for 6 people in Buger in a very quiet location with pool, airconditioning and internet. The house is situated on a 13500 m2 plot with a living surface of 160 m2 on two levels .

The kitchen has an electric hub , dishwasher and the necessary small appliances. The living/dining room with air conditioning is located downstairs and has SAT-TV and a dining table. On the first floor are three bedrooms with own air conditioning and two bathrooms. Outside is the pool is 10 x 4m with a depth 100 - 190 cm which is surrounded by lawn, sunbeds, BBQ and a private tennis court

    “Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Finca ist sehr ruhig gelegen - drum herum sind vereinzelt Häuser und Bugér liegt ca. 2-3 Minuten Fahrt entfernt auf einem Hügel. Alles war sehr sauber, moderne Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern. Eines der Badezimmer ist en suite.

    Der Pool ist super sauber und wirklich groß! Der Grillplatz ist super und sowohl der Tennisplatz als auch der Garten sind 1a gepflegt. Die großen Olivenbäume drumherum sorgen für eine tolle Atmosphäre!

    Der Eigentümer ist sehr herzlich und gut drauf. Den nächsten Lidl erreicht man schnell, da dieser im Nachbarort ist. Wenn man hier mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs ist, ist man schnell am Strand, schnell in den Städten, aber auch schnell in den Bergen.

    Wir waren zu sechst und hatten absolut keinen Platzmangel. Das Grundstück ist mit Zäunen und einem elektrischen Einfahrtstor eingeschlossen, sodass man sich auch wirklich sicher fühlen kann.

    Wir können uns über wirklich nichts betragen - die Kaution haben wir ohne Probleme zurückerhalten und die Energiekosten wurden sehr fair abgerechnet.

    Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!”
