Holiday home with pool use, terrace and sea view

The detached holiday home was renovated in 2017 and is furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. For your exclusive use, the following are available: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Drenje. The holiday home is located on a 980 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. It consists of 2 separate accommodations. Each has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. There are 2 additional beds available in the loft Not fenced. overlooking the Kvarner bay and the island of Cres Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

Outdoor pool (4 m x 8 m, depth 1,5 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to the end of October.

    “Bis auf die langsame Kaffeemaschine war die Ausstattung, Lage, Sauberkeit absolut Top! Das Haus liegt auf einem wunderschön angelegten Grundstück mit tollem Pool, wunderschöner Gartenlaube und einem Panoramablick über das Meer. Die Gastgeber waren auch sehr sehr freundlich (inkl. Begrüßungsbier)”
