The University Hospital and the trade fair grounds are also easily accessible by public transportation. Each apartment features a cozy living room/bedroom with satellite TV and radio, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with bathtub or shower. The apartments are also easily accessible by elevator. The apartment has a comfortable living room/bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm) with satellite TV and radio, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator and located on the first floor. Parking and shopping options, a laundromat, an Internet café, and numerous restaurants are all in the immediate vicinity. A tram stop (line 1) is located in front of the building. Cots or cribs are bookable upon request for a flat rate of 20 EUR. Pets are welcome in apartment 1 for a final cleaning fee of 50 EUR. W-LAN is available. Since January 1, 2014, the city of Freiburg charges a lodging tax of 5%. Those in Freiburg on business are exempt from this tax; the relevant forms are available here.
