The property is located in the municipality of Parghelia, an ideal destination to spend a relaxing holiday. The accommodation is spread over 3 floors and the terrace on the first floor is partially covered, therefore ideal for dining and cooking outdoors, using the barbecue. The outdoor spaces are very large and well furnished, with garden furniture. The strategic location of the accommodation will allow you to reach the beaches and the crystal clear sea of Calabria in a few minutes. Do not miss a visit to the renowned tourist resort of Tropea (3 km) with its beautiful historic center overlooking the sea. At about 39 km Pizzo Calabro, where you can taste the excellent "truffle" ice cream. Lamezia Terme airport is 56 km away

    “Das Haus befindet sich an guter Aussichtslage etwa 6km östlich von Tropea. Gute Ausstattung und schöne Terrasse mit eigenem Pool. Nähe zu Meer und Strand. Zum Einkaufen braucht es unbedingt ein Auto.

    Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Doppelhaus, so dass man sich mit Lärm vom Nachbar arrangieren muss (in unserem Fall Bauarbeiten von 0800-1700 Uhr durchgehend).”
