Situated high at the end of a cul-de-sac, this vacation home built in 2010 spoils you with a great panorama of the bay of Lannion and the village of Locquirec.

Its large and very bright living room spoils you to the west with an unobstructed view of the sea and great sunsets. You can admire breathtaking sunsets here and enjoy a beautiful, well-kept garden. The house is semi-detached by a garage, but the neighbors, separated by a fence, have no view of your terrace. With its two shower rooms and two separate toilets, the house can very comfortably accommodate 6 people.

The village, with a cemetery next to the sea and delightful stone houses, is located between Lannion and Morlaix in the very west of the Cotes d'Armor. This location is therefore ideal to take the best advantage of the pink granite coast, the bay of Morlaix, rich in history and very beautiful, as well as the island of Batz, very typical of this region. Also explore Finistère, which awaits you with a beautiful nature.

    “Het huis is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor 6 personen zijn er te weinig fauteuils. Het uitzicht is super! En de eigenaren, die erachter wonen zijn zeer gastvrij!
    De elektrische verwarming werkte prima.
    Minpunten:Het kookgerei was te weinig en erg verouderd. De schoonmaak was niet goed genoeg gebeurd en het matras had voelbare harde spiralen in een klein bed.”
