The house is lined with natural stone surrounded by gardens, has a capacity for 8 people and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom (2 of them with shower and 1 with bathtube). the bathrooms are located 1 in the upper floor, 1 in the ground floor and 1 outside. living room and fully equipped kitchen. In the outer zone will enjoy fruit trees and flowers variety surrounding the house, along with a lovely pool to be enjoyed at leisure and relaxation in an atmosphere of tranquility lying in the grass and sunbathing with family, friends and / or children.

The nearest beaches are: Cala Pi, Playa de Palma and El Arenal Beach, Can Pastilla, Playa d 'Or, Cala Estància and creeks of Delta.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.

A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.

The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  The house has not heating.
