Holiday House in Sulęczyno with Large Terrace

This holiday house is just 50 metres from the lake, right by the edge of the forest, in the picturesque summer holiday village Suleczyno, at the heart of Pommern. You can benefit from a relaxing holiday in a detached holiday house in quiet, natural and forested surroundings. Owing to the location on the outskirts, you can walk to everyday amenities. You can go canoeing and walking in nature, as well as on day trips to the popular Baltic Sea beaches and the three-towns region of Gdansk.Holiday house just 50 metres from the lake, right by the edge of the forest, for trips to the ski resort or to the Baltic Sea beaches

The house can be booked all year round and provides 150m² of living space on two floors, comprising five bedrooms, a generous living and dining room with a kitchen, as well as two bathrooms. Up to 10 people can spend their holiday together here in a Mediterranean ambience, with exposed natural stone walls made of southern sandstone and modern furnishing. The ground floor consists of the cosy living room with an integrate kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room with a WC, while three bedrooms and a bathroom are on the upper floor. The two ground-floor bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds (90x 200cm). Two of the upper-floor bedrooms are also furnished with two single beds (90 x 200cm), while the other has a double bed (200x200cm). The upper-floor bathroom is fitted with a round bath, a double washbasin, a shower cubicle and a WC. The bathroom on the ground floor is a shower room with a WC and a glass shower cubicle. The two bathrooms with windows receive plenty of daylight and also have towel radiators. You can relax in the centerpiece of the house on a comfortable suite consisting of a sofa and two armchairs. After a day trip, the flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and a stereo system with a USB port provides entertainment. A crackling fire in the fireplace exudes pleasant warmth. Behind the sofa there is a generous dining table with six chairs. The open kitchen enables convenient and comprehensive self-catering with all the usual appliances, including a raised oven, a four-zone induction hob with two additional gas rings, a dishwasher, and an island for breakfast and additional worktop space. Standard bed linen and towels, a washing machine and free Wi-Fi round off the amenities.

The ca. 1000m² site is closed off by a gate. A large terrace runs around the house, from which you can see the edge of the forest to one side, and look out into the garden on the other. An eye-catching feature in the outdoor area is the charming interior courtyard surrounded by a warm sandstone wall, provides a comfortable seating group and whose charm is enhanced by a fountain and a grill. Many parking spaces such as a garage for two cars and driveway space for up to six cars are available.

If you would like to explore the beauty of the surroundings actively, you can borrow Nordic walking poles. You can also play badminton, football or board games.

The unique location of the house combines the advantages of seclusion with proximity to tourist infrastructures. It is less than 500 metres to some well-stocked shops and restaurants with tasty regional dishes. Many cycle paths and water sports are available. Suleczyno is surrounded by three large lakes, which the river Słupia, a main attraction for canoeists, flows through. The annual open air festival “Jazz in the Forest” is a musical highlight. In winter, the ski lift and piste with artificial snow are 4km away.

    “A brand new house in provencal style - very spacious, equipped with everything you need; a big private area around the house and green surroundings.     “Vijf huisjes. Een heel mooi en gezellig huis met een mooie ruime tuin maar een extra huissleutel zou prettig zijn en eventueel een droogtrommel, met kleine kinderen heb je toch veel was en niet zo veel droogmogelijkheden.”
