Six holiday apartments with an infinity pool, right by the sea

The holiday apartments with a sea view are just a five-minute walk from the town centre and are right by the sea.

The apartments all have quality furnishing, ensuring that you will feel as comfortable as at home. The price includes: air conditioning, wireless Internet access, satellite TV (with USB port), a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge (with freezer compartment), oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, a fully-equipped kitchen, an iron, a hairdryer and a safe for your valuables. All the windows and balcony doors are fitted with insect screens and blinds. A child’s bed and a highchair are available free of charge, but a limited number are available, so they should be requested in advance.

A pool with sun loungers, two showers, a generous terrace and a 220m² lawn are available for use. Two big parasols on the terrace provide pleasant shade during the midday hours. The big stone grill next to the terrace is particularly popular among guests in the evenings. The tables and chairs provide ample space for a large family and dinner simply tastes better with a view over the infinity pool towards the sea and the lights of the island of Brac on a warm summer’s night.

You can also do grocery or other shopping. Most everyday items can be purchased in Dugi Rat, without needing a car, as there are a bakery, supermarket, butcher, post office, ATM etc. within 50 – 200 metres. There are great leisure activities for the whole family either directly in front of the door or a few minutes’ drive away: jet ski hire, rafting, canyoning, kayaking, hiking, diving, climbing, zipline, banana boat rides, parasailing, boot trips to islands etc. Lovers of beautiful sandy beaches will enjoy Duce (3km) or Omis (6km). Bus connections are very good (half-hourly) and there are bus stops only about 250 metres from the apartments. Split (20km) provides all possible transport connections – bus, train, ferry and plane.

Apartment in Dugi Rat with Generous Terrace

Our holiday apartment "Apartmani Muše A4“ is one of six apartments with a sea view, for a maximum of 5 people, a five-minute walk from the town centre in Dugi Rat. The apartment is on the ground floor of the west house. It is 50 metres from the private guest parking space right in front of the house to the beach – a very well-maintained and clean pebble beach with two small cafés, inviting you to relax, sunbathe and swim. It is 6 km to Omiš and 20km to Split, the ‘capital of Dalmatia’

Our holiday apartments are all equipped to a high standard, so you can enjoy the level of comfort you are accustomed to from home on your holiday. The prices includes the following amenities: air conditioning, wireless Internet access, satellite TV (with USB port), a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge (with freezer compartment), oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, an iron, towels and bed linen, a hairdryer and a safe for your valuables. All the windows and balcony doors are fitted with fly screens and blinds. A cot and highchair can be provided free of charge, but availability is limited, so these should be requested in advance.

The 76m² of living space (not including the balconies) provides ample space to relax. You can recharge your batteries in the two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, a balcony and a sea view. The living room, the dining room and the kitchen are very light owing to the balcony. The comfortable pull-out sofa bed invites you to relax. You can prepare delicious meals in the open, fully-equipped kitchen. You can dine in the dining space by day or on the balcony on the evening, wherever you prefer. The two beautiful bathrooms with modern fittings provide a bath or a shower.

You can do shopping conveniently on your holiday, either for self-catering or window shopping – the choice is yours. Dugi Rat provides most everyday essentials. You do not need a car, as the bakery, supermarket, butcher, post office, ATM etc. are within easy walking distance (50-200m). Here is a little overview of the great leisure activities for the whole family, either on the doorstep or within a short drive: jet-ski hire, rafting, canyoning, kayaking, hiking, diving, climbing, zipline, banana boat rides, parasailing, boat trips to islands etc. Those who love beautiful sandy beaches will enjoy Duce (3km) or Omis (6km). Public transport: there are good half-hourly bus connections and the bus stops are only about 250 metres from the holiday apartments. Split itself offers a wide range of transport connections: bus, train, ferry and plane.

    “Positiv: Der Infinity Pool ist mega! Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn man etwas benötigt wird sofort geholfen. Saubere Anlage, 1 min an den Strand, kommen gerne wieder! Restaurant: Restoran Milo in Omis - Super Essen zu fairen Preisen und toller Service! Ausflüge: Trogir - 45 min mit dem Auto, aber tolle Altstadt, absolut sehenswert”

    “Insgesamt ein toller und erholsamer Urlaub und die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! 5 Sterne+ Positiv: Die familiäre Atmosphäre. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt! Sehr nette Vermieter!
    Nähe zum Strand. Tolle Aussicht mit schönem Pool! Dinge für das tägliche Leben in der Nähe!
    Insgesamt ein toller und erholsamer Urlaub und die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen. Negativ: Wenige Restaurants im Ort, ansonsten hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen! Restaurant: Croatia - Zwischen Dugi Rat und Omiš in Duce. Sehr leckeres kroatisches Essen. Freundliche, deutschsprachige Bedienung! Ausflüge: Split - Tolle lebhafte Stadt mit antikem Flair! Zahlreiche Geschäfte und Restaurants.”

    “Wir waren top zufrieden und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt....sodas wir nächsten Jahr wieder kommen und gleich gebucht haben... Positiv: Top Lage , Ausblick , weniger als 2 Minuten zum Strand , Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus , sehr gepflegte Außenanlage , sehr nette uns hilfsbereite Vermieter , modern eingerichtet uns hat es an nichts gefehlt....wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.... Negativ: Der Lärm auf der Straße in der Nacht kann man kein Fenster öffnen viel zu Laut aber wer an einer sehr befahrenen Straße wohnt der ist den Geräuschpegel gewöhnt ... Restaurant: Bavabar - Ein megaaaaa tolles Café und Restaurant sehr modern sehr gutes Essen wir waren 5 mal dort !!!!Der Ausblick geil Ausflüge: Split - Mal of Shopping toll wenn man Kleidung und sonstige Sachen braucht zum bummeln ..zu groß”
