Luxurious Apartment in Costa Del Silencio with Common Pool and Ocean Views

This fully furnished 140 m² luxury apartment was fully renovated in 2010. The flat offers two bedrooms, one with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and the second one with a 150 x 200 cm bed and an LCD television. The living room is furnished with a dining table and comfortable sofas. The kitchen is furnished with a four burner ceran stove, an oven, a large refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, a coffee maker and a toaster. There are an ironing board, satellite television and a DVD player at your disposal. One bathroom offers a shower, the second one a bathtub and a washing machine. Due to a special vent system, the flat is comfortably cool without air conditioning. You can enjoy ocean views from the living room, as well as the bedroom.

The apartment has two glazed balconies (recessed balconies) with breakfast tables, offering panoramic views of the pool, the ocean and the Teide. You find public parking places in front of the house.

    “Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit Blick über den Atlantik. Das Appartement entspricht komplett der Beschreibung, es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Appartement sowie das ganze Haus sind sehr sauber. Die Gegend und auch das Haus sind sehr ruhig, aber mit prima Anbindung durch hervorragenden öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Neue, klimatisierte Busse sind in 5 Fussminuten zu erreichen. In 20 Minuten ist man dann in Los Cristianos zum Shoppen oder um das umfangreiche gastronomische Angebot zu geniessen. Einen gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt kann man von der Wohnung aus in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichen. Die großzügige, sehr gepflegte Poolanlage mit einem beheizten Pool (26 Grad) und einem unbeheizten Pool (21 Grad) lud uns immer wieder zum Baden ein, zumal das Wetter auch meistens wolkenlos und warm war. Für uns war dieser Weihnachtsurlaub rundum gelungen. Der Besitzer der Wohnung kümmert sich, wann immer man ihn braucht, hervorragend. Da aber an fast alles gedacht wurde, mussten wir das nicht allzu oft in Anspruch nehmen.”
