These pretty half-timbered houses are nicely and individually decorated. You can choose between the different apartments based on your preference. The town of Gustow and the nature reserve of Peninsula Drigge lie south-east of Stralsund on the island of Rügen, near the Strelasund strait. The Strelasund is the strait that separates Rügen from the mainland. Rügendamm, is just 6 km away from Gustow. The beautiful beaches on the bay and the Strelasund Strait are just a few minutes away from here. In addition to 60 km of fine sandy beaches, Germany's largest island also offers scenic and structural diversity. You can visit the bustling seaside resorts or the great national parks on the island. You will be enchanted by the charm of the seaside architecture, the dreamlike landscapes and the world famous views. The historic old town of Stralsund, which was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2002, is worth visiting again and again. The lovingly restored terraced houses and imposing brick churches fit in perfectly with the modern structures. The picturesque harbours, sailing boats and smoked fish are not to be missed. The ground floor apartments have a terrace, while the apartments on the upper floor (with inclines) have a small balcony. Each apartment has its own parking space within the complex.     “Ausstattung: Zweckmäßig; Badabzug ist mit anderen Wohneinheiten gekoppelt und demnach sehr geräuschintensiv wenn andere Mieter das ihr Bad nutzen.
    Lage: nicht empfehlenswert, da keine gute Verkehrsanbindung
    Preis/Kosten: entsprechend der Lage vergleichsweise hoher Preis

    “Man ist bei trübem Wetter auf das Auto angewiesen. Die Nähe zu Stralsund ist nicht zu verachten, dass flanieren durch die Altstadt und die Museen ist steht etwas beeindruckendes. Besonders möchte ich die Alleen erwähnen, nicht gemeint ist die B 96.”
