Sunny holiday house behind the embankment
The holiday house is in Cuxhaven in the Duhnen spa area, right behind the embankment, characterised by a very good infrastructure and location.
The house was completely newly furnished in recent years. The interior features sunny orange and red tones, exuding a warm and cosy atmosphere. There is an entrance area with all-round windows. The living room, dining space, kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor of the house. The living room has a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a stereo system and a comfortable sitting area with a sofa and two armchairs. The dining space has a hatch through to the kitchen, which is equipped with a microwave, a four-ring hob, a fridge-freezer, a toaster, a kettle and egg boiler, cookware and other cooking utensils. The daylight bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. Both bedrooms are on the upper floor of the house. The first is furnished with a double bed (200 x 200cm) and a big wardrobe, the second with two single beds (90 x 200cm) and a further big wardrobe. There is a portable safety gate for children. The bedrooms and the living room are fitted with blinds and can be partly darkened electronically. The whole house has gas central heating.
The outdoor area includes a large terrace with garden furniture and a round grill. The site is fully fenced. You can park your car conveniently right in front of the front door (only for our guests, not public). A handcart can be provided for the beach for a fee. There is also a small selection of games available in the house.
The shops (ca. 2km), a little shopping mile (ca. 1.5km), restaurants (from around 1km), a great beach promenade (by the house), a range of recreational facilities and the proximity to the Ahoi leisure pool (ca. 1km) provide unique conditions for a relaxing holiday. The nearest bakery that also offers a bread rolls delivery service (incl. cake) is in the neighbouring street (ca. 300 metres). It is easy to switch off here and enjoy a beach holiday, make use of various wellness facilities or watch the big ships sailing into the Elbe. The Niedersächsisches Wattenmeer and the proximity to the harbour exert a special charm.
