The apartment building is only separated from the beach by a palm garden and is located in Podstrana in Dalmatia, just six kilometres from the 1700-year-old town of Split. It is especially suitable for families and all those seeking to relax.

You can relax in peace in the shared Mediterranean garden to the sound of the waves. Seating, loungers and a barbecue are provided. Parking spaces are available.

There are three beautiful apartments on offer (all on the first floor), with a view of the beach, the sea and the town of Split. They all have air conditioning, an LCD TV with satellite channels, and wireless Internet access. In total, they can accommodate up to eleven people, of which nine on the first floor and two on the second floor.

The first apartment measuring 55m² is for four people plus one child and has two bedrooms each with a double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs, a bathroom with a shower, terrace, balcony with garden furniture and a sea view.

The second apartment measuring 55m² is for four people and has two bedrooms each with a double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with garden furniture and a sea view.

The third apartment with 20 m² of living space is for two people and has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen with access to the terrace with garden furniture and a sea view.

500 metres away there are sports and leisure facilities, such as basketball and football grounds, swimming pools, minigolf, a diving school, water scooters, trips, a spa, wellness and golf. You can hire a motorboat with its own skipper and explore the charm and the exquisite beauty of the Adriatic and the central Dalmatian islands. Visit the most beautiful and well-known beaches, bays, islands, towns with old stone houses, and discover the undiscovered. Pick your destinations either from the list available, or make your own route suggestions for your adventurous island explorations (Brac, Hvar, Korcula, Vis, Briševo, Šćedro, Solta und Drvenik Veliki). You can enjoy other activities nearby, such as paintballing, hiking, canoe safaris, biking, paragliding, off-road expeditions, as well as car, moped, bicycle, jetski and sea scooter hire.
