Facing the sea, holiday home for two people

Just 100 metres from the sandy beach of Pors Carn, this holiday home welcomes you for a relaxing holiday on the Brittany coast in a quality setting. With 55 m² of living space, it is ideal for two people. When the house was completely renovated in 2006, particular attention was paid to preserving the original character of this farmhouse dating from 1924. Since then, the accommodation has also been adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Appliances, leather furniture and bed linen are all brand new. For cooler days, you have oil-fired heating. The radiators are located in the bedroom, living room and bathroom. Please note, however, that there is an additional charge for using the heating. If you wish to bring a pet, there is no additional charge. There is also free Wi-Fi access.

The high-quality materials used in the renovation, such as lime, exposed beams and oak floors, create a bright and comfortable atmosphere. The large 32 m² living room includes a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting area with leather sofa, stereo and TV. Enjoy the magnificent view over Audierne Bay through the large bay window. This is particularly attractive at dawn, when the fishermen go out to sea. The kitchen area with dining table for two is equipped with four flame burners, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker and toaster. Various other kitchen utensils are also available. You'll find a good night's sleep in the bedroom, with its 1.60 m-wide double bed. The bathroom, with bath and shower, is also accessible to disabled guests. There is a separate toilet.

The holiday home has separate private parking and a garden with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol and a small seating area with two sun loungers. The terrace with exceptional views of the beach can be accessed from the kitchen.
