The holiday home, renovated in 2010 is modern and rustic furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods and at the water. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place.

Location
Hroznětín, 500 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 2000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The accommodation is only suitable for families with children, youth groups are prohibited. Always order bed linen when ordering. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the street in front of the house.

central heating (gas), underfloor heating. Facilities: children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 10 m, depth 1,4 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the end of June to the beginning of September.
