This charming semi-detached house is located in the small village of Selce, on the Riviera of Crikvenica. It is ideal for a large family or two families who want to spend their holidays together. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace in front of the house, while the side terrace is ideal for relaxing on the sun loungers, sunbathing or for socialising in the evening. The house has a fenced yard with swings where the children can play. The house spreads over the entire ground floor and has four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms (room 2) has access from outside. You can enjoy free internet access during the holidays. Selce has a rich local cuisine and hosts numerous events during the summer months. In the evening, you can stroll along the promenade that stretches up to Crikvenica, where there are a variety of options for relaxation and recreation.
