Modern, light holiday apartment with a terrace and a view of the Moselle

This modern holiday apartment, completely newly renovated in 2015, is in the upper area of Pölich with a wonderful view of the Moselle.

The light 50m² apartment can accommodate four people. Up to six people can be accommodated if also renting the second apartment. The barrier-free apartment has a separate entrance, two double bedrooms, a large living room with an open and fully-equipped kitchen. It is equipped with a radio, TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other has two single beds that can also be joined together. A junior bed can be provided if required. Both bedrooms have a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom is fitted with a toilet, a washbasin and a 90cm shower. The apartment measures 60m², with the 27m² living room-kitchen as the largest room. The kitchen has been newly fitted and includes a dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, coffee machine and toaster. Each room, including the WC, affords a wonderful view of the Moselle and the vineyards opposite with their forested elevations.

The separate access to the apartment is through an entrance area. Right in front of the apartment there is a ca. 50m² terrace, of which ca. 30m² are roofed over, as well as a ca. 200m² lawn. A portable grill and a children’s playground with a slide, swing, sandpit and a paddling pool in summer are available. The accommodation is particularly child-friendly, as the owner, who lives in the upper part of the house, has two children. Several parking spaces are available.

Note that the apartment is suitable for the disabled and wheelchair users. It has no steps, wide doors, handles in the shower bath and an adjustable shower stool. Also note that babies and toddlers count as occupants. It is not possible to exceed the stated occupancy.

The surroundings provide a range of possibilities. The centre is about 250 metres away. It is about 500 metres to the nearest restaurant. There are shops about 2km away. It is not far to a swimming pool/outdoor pool, a golf course, a tennis court, fishing and riding facilities, as well as a lake with a beach for swimming.
