Lush greenery and an impressive variety of flowers, trees and shrubs - there's no doubt about it, Villa Can Carrexet is just the thing for comfort-loving nature lovers. On relaxed days, the garden proves to be a wonderful oasis: from the ranch-like veranda, which extends over two sides of the house, you can see across the lawn to the pool. On sunny days, the blue water shimmers so beautifully in the sunlight that it's hard to resist a dip. But then you don't really have to; after all, the allure of water is part of villa living these days, rural charm coupled with a certain touch of luxury. For children who have not yet completed their swimming lessons, the villa also has a shallow children's pool. The built-in barbecue is the perfect place to prepare Mediterranean specialities such as grilled fresh fish. Thanks to the large saltwater pool, you'll spend much of your time here outdoors, where the maritime scent is like invigorating therapy for your lungs.

When you've had enough of the outdoor feeling, the inside of the house is just as aesthetically pleasing. Behind the rustic stone façade, which is so typical of Mallorcan houses, is a first-class single-storey living area. In addition to two comfortable sofas, you will also find the flat-screen TV, a large wooden display cabinet and the dining table. A wooden door leads into the kitchen, where a ceramic hob is waiting to bring out the gourmet in you. Further household helpers await you in the casita next to the table tennis room: washing machine, ironing board and iron - there is nothing missing in this house, so you can spend as much time relaxing as you like. This is especially true at night: there are three air-conditioned bedrooms, two of which are furnished with two single beds each, while the third has a double bed. There are two bathrooms in the house, one of which even has a bathtub perfect for a romantic candlelit evening.

The residential area of Crestatx, where the villa is located, is a quiet area just a five-minute drive from Sa Pobla: supermarkets, a medical centre, a pharmacy, bars and restaurants offer everything you need for your daily needs. The village of Pollença, also five minutes away, is bursting with creative flair. No wonder that many painters and artists have been inspired by the colourful hustle and bustle in the main square and around the small church on the Calvari hill. The sandy beach of Can Picafort, just 20 minutes away by car, is ideal for families with children thanks to its gentle slope into the water and its lively beach promenade. Playa de Muro, on the other hand, is a long natural beach with dunes. And around Alcúdia you can also discover many small bays with crystal-clear water. Due to the convenient proximity of the motorway to the property (sometimes it can be heard), you can also quickly reach the fantastic hiking trail near Búger, just 2 km away, with green valleys, coastal paths and steep cliffs that will really appeal to more sporty types.

Villa Can Carrexet is the ideal base for exploring the north of Mallorca, with the majestic Tramuntana mountains and idyllic sandy beaches; on the Bay of Alcúdia, for example, Can Picafort and Playa de Muro are definitely worth a visit. In Búger, just 2 kilometres away, there are small supermarkets, bars and restaurants. On Sundays, Sa Pobla (4 km) attracts visitors with its beautiful weekly market.
